Devised strategy for tender documentation and final building information modelling (BIM) on a tight deadline of 4 months before a project hand-over to another office
Completed comprehensive code compliance evaluations for 230 flats and selected the most significant details to be drawn and signed before the hand-over
Produced 250+ drawings documenting detailed tender to lock the design
