About Amanda Jolley :

I am an experienced Office Manager and administrator. With over 25 years of customer service, administration & people management behind me, I bring a professional, knowledgeable and friendly attitude to the workplace.

 I am an advocate of teamwork, continuous learning and able to communicate at any level. With the right role, I can hit the road running with little guidance. I believe in integrity, routine and passion and have ensured I stand by these values in every role I have undertaken.

 I am fully competent with all Microsoft programmes, SAP and  Streetworks. I am able to pick up bespoke CRM applications quickly and efficiently. 

Volunteering is my passion. I currently work with Warrington Speak Up, a local organisation, as a mental health advocate and walk & talk leader. I also volunteer at Warrington Town FC as a gate cashier and I am Membership Secretary for The Duke of Lancaster & Warrington Veteran Association. 

I have a strong work ethic and thrive on being busy & challenged in any role I undertake.

Experience

I have a diverse CV. I have been employed in the Retail, Construction, Mail, Utilities and Security sectors. 

Administration experience is the universal tool you can apply to any role. 

Computer literacy, complaint handling, customer service and man-management are a few of the skills I have honed over the years. I am eager to discover & learn new skills. Self development is an important part of my work-life.

Education

I passed all my O Levels with grades from A to C including mathematics & English. Gained at St Gregory's High school 1982 - 1986

I have ILM Level 3 Leader & Management qualification. 2016

Mental Health Training

Up until recently, I held First Aid and Fire Warden certificates & Happy to retrain again.

I hold ECDL passport for IT
