About Amanda Overton:

Working with children in their early years (0 - 5) and with old children for 15 years In a home setting and playgroup. I have a foundation degree in working with children and young people. I’m passionate about the importance of strong attachments, the importance of play and supporting children‘s well-being through the development of self-regulation skills underpinned by quality communication.

Experience

11 years following the EYFS Curriculum in a home based education and care setting.

3 years in a playgroup setting, working with colleagues and outside agencies to support children with autism and global development delay, supporting implementaction of EHCP and development care plans.
