Skilled in challenging environments, change management processes and organisational restructures, I remain calm and professional and have been commended on my ability to manage situations whilst maintaining effective and clear communication.  I am organised, and able to prioritise workloads whilst multitasking effectively. Throughout my career I have been committed to embrace every training and learning opportunity which has enabled me to ensure that my teams have the knowledge required so that best practices can be evidenced. • Highly experienced in regulated activities in line with CQC, Safeguarding and Social Care legislation
• Extensive knowledge and experience as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) 
• Day to day running of all aspects of the service.
• Line management of 35+ staff including care and ancillary staff
• Experienced in quality assurance monitoring and auditing and trends analysis.
• Knowledge, understanding and experience of developing risk assessments, both for staff and residents
• Developing management reports for the Senior Leadership Team
• Knowledge & Experience of Health and Social care especially in Elderly care with a person-centred approach.
• Current knowledge of CQC standards and notifications, Safeguarding, MCA & DoLs.
• Care planning and reviews – PCS experience.
• Competency Checks and Mandatory training requirements.
• HR administrate duties, Employment rights and responsibilities
• Recruitment & retention including developing job descriptions, carrying out interviews and the onboarding process including DBS processing, induction, and compliance training for new recruits; HR processes, including return to work interviews, investigatory & disciplinary hearings & supervisions.
• Data collation, processing, and trend analysis
• Training compliance for all staff 
• Rota management
• Minute taking, Email, telephone, or face to face correspondence, Filing systems, BOH, Payroll systems/management
