I currently work as a concierge and reception professional, serving as the main point of communication and often supervising a team of 3 concierge members at Millbank. In this role, I manage client interactions, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining high service standards. My experience spans across several concierge duties, including customer service, security coordination, and administrative support.

Additionally, I collaborate with CSP at various venues, where I conduct traffic marshalling at Twickenham, Kew Gardens, and Olympia. I also have extensive security stewarding experience at major football clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham.

With 3 years of retail experience working at Kidzania, I am proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and have developed strong customer service skills. I am dedicated, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments that require both teamwork and leadership.
