About Aminah Mehmood:
As a committed individual, I take great satisfaction in being able to assist others. I've had to successfully manage my time while working by making advance plans and making sure I set goals for myself. I've had to speak professionally and daily with parents. I've helped them out and given them information when it was needed. I've also had to give them a call when I needed to and speak with them. Along with making sure information is delivered when it's needed, I collaborate with my team to make sure things go well and I often reflect on my practice to improve my personal development. I've handled various circumstances on my initiative as needed. I've finished my apprenticeship. To finish this, I have been using Word and other IT software are among the tools I've been using. At work, we had to utilise an app to document events, including meetings, so other employees knew we wouldn't be present. I understand the value of maintaining confidentiality and the laws that support it. I have worked towards my professional development by letting my management know where I think I have knowledge gaps. I have also attended training courses to get help when needed. By giving my manager candidate information and assisting her with job postings, I have helped her finish appraisals. I've had experience keeping complete records of every child, ensuring all paperwork is stored, and handing off work to school employees when a child is leaving the setting. I can use my initiative and I am good at problem solving when required. I want to learn and gain new skills and knowledge in a new work environment with the assistance of professionals.

I have worked I multiple early years settings for over three years now. I have had experience taking care of children with different developmental needs all between the ages of 0-5.

I have completed a level 2 and 3 apprenticeship that required me to utilise different IT software including Microsoft and other apps.
