trends, converting Voice of Consumers (VOC) to industrial technical standards for Quality
Function Deployment (QFD) matrix.
• Manufacturing Process Review & Optimisation- Identified multiple improvement areas,
process and implemented automation and elimination of additional processes, resulting in ~
reduction of 300 effort hours per annum.
• Manufacturing Process Layout Optimisation- Based on multiple process learnings and
requirements got an opportunity to work on factory manufacturing process layout and
redesigning, resulting in ~ 2,00,000 sq. ft. of space optimised, ultimately land cost savings.
• Digital Transformation- Identified processes and data that can be monitored and handled
digitally, resulting in ~ 10 % improved efficiency, smart manufacturing, digital evolution
running on data and information for various processes.
