My main objective is to attain a Managers/Senior Manufacturing Engineer’s role within management team as I have over 35 years experience in manufacturing and with aspirations to eventually assist an entrepreneurial/visionary Chief Executive within a dynamic company, working to embracing new technologies and innovative thinking by moving the organisation forward significantly with business growth by applying my substantial wealth of broad experience & knowledge to initiate, lead and develop teams to realise their full potential.

I am a Strong, Charismatic, Dynamic, Driven Individual and Team player with Vision, with a wealth of over 35 years of diverse built-up Experience and Knowledge in manufacturing (Predominantly in Management, Tooling & Plastics industry including Research & Development, with excellent planning skills and the ability to do and to delegate for achieving high results, a motivator and an influencer, decision-maker with a focus on team building and determination to succeed with this experience of 35 years.

• Substantial experience in Manufacturing technologies and processes, Design & Development, Tooling, Materials investigating, selecting, and evaluating materials by understanding and testing includes working with Academia, Medical, Automotive, and Aerospace (Previously SC Cleared).

• Synthetic and analytical thinking, autonomy, perspicacity, rigor, tenacity, instructional skills, persuasion skills, leadership and coordination skills, integrity, managerial skills, oral and written competencies, and ability to communicate succinctly and clearly a quality-oriented approach

• Good command of computing equipment

• Proficiency in English or any other foreign language (Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu).

Additionally, relevant technical knowledge includes:

• Skilled in Tooling & Plastics, quality, and statistical tools such as PFMEA / DFMEA, Design of Experiment (DOE), SPC, MSA, and problem-solving tools.

• Full grasp of quality management standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 etc.).

• Supported Health and Safety Officer with ISO 45001 certification and site support activities to manage health and safety risks, while reducing associated costs).

• Proficiency in the customer quality and project processes as well as the supplier PPAP with auditing experience at JLR

I have a BEng (Honours) Degree in Management of Manufacturing Systems Engineering and 35 years experience as shown in my CV.
