RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Production Planning Management – working with a team of 9 Planners to remote plan a factory in US. Delivering annual glide paths and action plans to achieve the corporate objectives for continuous improvement in Inventory and Fill Rate. Delivering inventory focussed improvements and target SS, linked to the company S&OP cycle. Strategic supplier management (capacity/performance/responsiveness, OTIF). Initiative Planning – Planning readiness to launch new products to markets.

 

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Improved service KPI to achieve highest ever results of the past 3 years (from 78% to 97%)
  • Reduce backlog of overdue invoices to suppliers from 2.5M USD to less 250K USD avoiding stop ships
  • Provided further visibility for the risk and capacity to the business and to the factory by extending the planning horizon 
  • Improved RCCP tool to capture better image of backlog productions, launch volume on making vessels and capacity gaps.

 

 

External TPMs Senior Supply Manager                         October 2021 –December 2022

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Production Planning Management managing a team of 13 people, including 2 Category Managers and 11 Planners providing production plan for 50 external factories

Worldwide. Putting processes in place to deliver company targets on Service, inventory, CO2 emissions and suppliers service levels. Oversee all responsibilities for Category Managers and projects deliverables. 

 

ACHIEVEMENTS

  • Delivered multiple projects of network changes and legal entity changes with no supply disruption
  • Delivered Cost saving project to consolidate containers from Asia to EU (FCL) to improve delivery times and reduce inventory impact (saving +2M USD)
  • Kept high levels Service Level during Covid-19 period despite the multiple supply chain disruptions (factory shut downs, lack of containers, transport disruption, shortage raw materials) and a full time working on remote

  • Review of global performance for 40 TPMs located in EU & Asia with a team of 8 Planners. Measurement of KPI via scorecards: fill rate, OTIF, inventory, RCCP. Delivery inventory & VAR targets. Interaction with several divisions across the company to deliver results: Operations, QA, Finance, Transport, DRP, Customs, Technical Packaging, Initiatives, Procurement. Review for improvement on Lead Times, MOQ and Minimum Run Sizes.
