While I’ve been successful in my role as a Makeup Artist, I find the most rewarding aspects of my work to be in areas related to management: mentoring team members, recruiting and onboarding new artists and helping my managers to run the day smoothly. 

I have a solid foundation in Journalism and Scriptwriting which contains invaluable communication  skills. I plan to implement them in my future position.

I came to work for MAC Cosmetics UK seeking a perfect use of my skills during the pandemic. I managed to keep an exceptional level of customer service, expand the loyal clientele for MAC Stratford and developed my coaching and mentoring skills.

Leading by example, I am successfully raising the awareness of the brand through omni channels. In the dynamic atmosphere of Westfield Stratford City I consistently hit KPI’s and CRM targets on a monthly basis (110-30% on average), supporting the store with creative briefs/content creation, helping the team with artistry skills and inspirational customer experience in the store. Instagram account MAC Cosmetics UK uses the content I executed for their strategy, whilst I am the best seller and current employee of the month in the store.

During my study at University in Moscow, I worked on a number of practical projects including the production of short documentary films, a television program and also a talk show.

Producing and directing helped me to become self-directed, get used to taking the initiative and, above all else, build up my communication skills to a point where I am confident working with people, and have proved myself highly adaptable when working with different types of individuals, whether they be on my team or clients and prospects during my recent position.

My study at university gave me a perfect setup of practical skills that I am able to use while working in the marketing field: professional video editing, scriptwriting, storyboard creation, keywords research and work with graphic design platforms.
