Organised and adaptable administrative assistant with twelve years’ experience in UK, working in various office environments. My attention to detail and excellent time management skills means that every task is completed efficiently and to the highest possible standard. • 4 years’ experience in the medical insurance Sector where heavily I been involved in the business development side, implementation projects, delivered quotations, collaborated internally with all appropriate for all policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations to be completed in the right time frame, liaised with stakeholders in different project teams for Europe, EMEA, Asia Regions, supported all Account Managers on multiple tasks, developed relationships to focus on Company grow, took part of webinars and conferences, been a system superuser and created a manual and training for the Account Manager Team etc.
• 3 years in the property industry and efficiently coordinated property viewings, prepared Tenancy Agreements and contracts, negotiated deposits and managed different maintenance duties, settled and collected rent and other fees from tenants, handled inspections, prepared marketing materials and updated property information on different social media platforms, coordinated different maintenance tasks etc.
• have a Biology Bachelor Degree and 1 year experience as a Biology Teacher, experience build up in Romania in a secondary school;
• 2 years’ experience with a London Sightseeing and UK tourism Company who Provides high quality London tours, attraction tickets and day trips to other incredible destinations in England, also runs a hop-on hop-off bus tour or trip to Paris. I have started my journey in the Accounts Department as an Accounts Assistant and further on, I have supported Sales Team with multiple tasks.
