During this job my duties involve;
• Labouring.
• Doing base and top coat mix's.
• Applying base coat to outside walls.
• Scraping up the top coat render to finish job.
As a renderer/plasterer, I have learnt many things in such a short space of time. One of these is attention to detail. This is due to our company relying solely on recommendations which means all our jobs have to be too a high standard in order for us to continue getting more work.
I have also gained the knowledge of what it is like to work in a construction environment which suits me well and will help me greatly in future advancements.

• Administration work(answering phone calls/being sat at a computer documenting things clients do on mainstay to keep other support workers updated).
• Cleaning communal kitchens/toilets etc.
As a Support worker, I have gained many skills. One of these is my communication/people skills, this is due to being able to deal with 'difficult' personalities who have complexed needs. Also another skill I have gained from this job is the administration side of work as I have never done this in any other job.

While employed at AIH properties as a property renovator/labourer. My duties include:
• Mostly demolition, this involves removing plasterboard walls/ceilings, ripping out kitchens/bathrooms/ living rooms etc.
• Erecting plasterboard walls/ceilings.
• Moving heavy objects.
As a property renovator/labourer, I have amassed many skills in a lot of different areas. One of these is problem solving, this is due to coming into new jobs daily and having to work out best solutions to present problems.
PMP - Warehouse Operative
October 2019 to February 2020
While employed at PMP as a warehouse operative. My duties included:
• Stowing, this involved using a scanner to scan barcodes on items which would subsequently send a pod to my station and then would require me to put the item in the pod.
During my time at PMP, I acquired an array of skills that can be used to aid my performance in future careers. One of these things was working to a required hourly rate, this meant I had to reach set targets everyday which in turn shows a great work ethic.
Another thing which ties into this, is my time management. This is also due to my target rates as I had to ensure I met requirements every hour.
Temporary Warehouse Operative
Royal Mail
November 2018 to December 2018
While employed by Royal Mail as a Temporary Warehouse Operative. My duties included:
• Distribution of postal goods to and from specific sections of the workplace to ensure they are delivered to the appropriate location.
• Using my initiative to aid myself and colleagues in successfully completing tasks.
• Ensuring the working environment is kept clean and tidy.
• Following strict health and safety procedures and guidelines.
During my time at Royal Mail, I have gained a vast range of skills that I can use in the future. These include things like my punctuality and time keeping. Due to working exclusively on an early shift I ensure that I was always on time and ready to start working as soon as the shift starts.
I have also gained experience in working as part of a team. This is key in all fields of work and it has improved my communication skills significantly as I worked in large mail centre that had a large volume of staff that I performed tasks with on a daily basis.
