The last few years I have been the Engaging Networks CRM lead for a leading UK charity where I lead on the procurement, migration and configuration of CRM systems and all of its integrations whilst ensuring client goals & success criteria were not only met but exceeded. Additionaly I assisted In the strategy, creation and analysis of acquisition campaigns, supporter conversion, and fundraising campaigns, resulting in a supporter base increase of 150%, retention up by 100% and fundraising goals exceeded. 

Prior to this I have over six years professional experience working for one of the UK's leading technology companies within the healthcare sector where I successfully onboarded and maintained major clients, achieving excellent positive feedback, and managed a team to provide best in class customer support. I also Completed data migrations from legacy systems to new CRM product. tailored the CRM to meet the needs of the organisation and provided training and ongoing support to all staff achieving a 100% adoption rate in less than 2 months.
