I am an experienced IT Systems Engineer with a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT infrastructures. Over the years, I have honed my skills in systems administration, network management, and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal performance and security for a variety of organizations. My expertise includes working with both on-premises and cloud-based systems, integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Known for my problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, I excel in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering reliable solutions and support. My technical proficiency is complemented by my excellent communication skills, allowing me to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

 In 2018, I completed certification programs at Fujitsu in Bracknell, focusing on the installation and maintenance of Eternus Storage Arrays and Primergy Servers. Prior to this, I attended North Warwickshire College, where I earned a City & Guilds Level 3 & 4 Advanced Diploma for ICT Practitioners from 2002 to 2004. This program covered a comprehensive range of topics, including planning ICT support services, customer support, network hardware and software installation, and system maintenance. I also completed a City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma for ICT Practitioners from 2001 to 2002, which included training in maintaining ICT equipment, providing customer support, and networking. These educational experiences have equipped me with a robust foundation in IT systems and customer support.
