Over the past 14 years, I have specialised in lender and supplier-side operations within the motor and asset finance industry. Renowned for building trusted relationships with internal teams and external strategic partners, I consistently deliver measurable results.

My leadership expertise covers policy and process development, technology procurement, and system implementation to drive operational excellence. I have a proven track record in optimising practices in established businesses, steering organisations through rapid growth, and building new ventures from the ground up. I have also successfully led the transformation of acquired operations, delivering significant improvements.

Experienced in guiding complex business sales and acquisitions, I have collaborated with industry bodies such as the FLA, CCUA, and CSA to address challenges and raise industry standards. Recognised for developing innovative operational practices and more recently, I have recently built a strong relationship with the FCA and possess a unique understanding of Consumer Duty expectations, particularly in late-stage collections and asset recovery.
