About me

I have always been someone who does not feel comfortable sitting around, I always find jobs to do or things to improve. I work well with a team but can also take initiative when necessary. My hobbies include reading and going to the gym 6 days a week. I strongly believe I am an asset as I give 100% in everything I do. I am a dedicated, motivated worker and am eager to learn and try new things. I can drive, own my own vehicle and therefore would be willing to travel.

• Manage the entire business when the owner is away including five members of staff.
• Run all social media platforms and email campaigns.
• List new products and overall find ways to improve the website.
• Replying to customer emails and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Dealing with customer complaints quickly and effectively. 
• Fill any roles and do any jobs which need doing to the highest standard.

I started this job as a weekend / half term job working around my education. Form this I decided I wanted to dive right into full-time and work my way up, which is exactly what I achieved at only 19 years old. I left this role as I came to realise, I wanted to pursue Digital Marketing further.
