Merchandising on the storefront, while greeting customers for click and collect orders. Involved in apparel/footwear delivery allowing me to use my product knowledge of the brand.

Assisted customers in finding their product of need, explaining its features and meeting KPIs. Completed purchases with cash and credit card payment methods at tills, facilitating over £3000 revenue. Preserved back of house organised according to size and product code. Standardised shop floor, allowing me to utilise my great attention to detail.
