As a Cyber Security Engineer, I have experience in Dubai with RNS Technology Services, where I took on diverse roles and responsibilities. My duties included fine-tuning use cases, overseeing SIEM administration, and collaborating with vendors to resolve client infrastructure issues. I also played a crucial role in monitoring network flow data for anomalies and detecting malicious network activity. My expertise extends to analyzing various security logs, creating documentation such as SOPs and Runbooks, and generating and closing tickets. Moreover, I actively contributed to building SOPs, playbooks, and delivering security advisories. I led a team of 18 L1 analysts and served as a proactive Automation Lead, developing scalable automation tools to enhance operational efficiency across internal and client-side processes.

I hold a Bacherlor's degree in Computer Science and I'm currently a student at the University of Birmingham pursuing a Master's in Cyber Security
