3rd Line Storage and Integrated Technology Operations Engineer, includes Nutanix platforms and all NetApp storage systems and data protocols for NAS, SAN, Metrocluster, E-series, Solidfire, NetApp HCI, NetApp Cloud Volume ONTAP (CVO) and performance issues.

As the escalation point on a customer facing role, I am taking ownership of technical issues raised by break/fix supported customers for their NetApp storage systems and Nutanix platforms that could not be resolved by the 1st or 2nd line teams on a daily basis using system logs, CLI, network traces and remote sessions (Teams/zoom/webex sessions), along with the vendors' existing product documentations, tools and knowledge-base, to fix them or to investigate root causes. Also if it needs escalation to the vendor support team, I log the case and work along side the vendor until resolution. For fully managed customers, I am championing one of them with a mixture of Windows and Linux clients (RHEL 5,6,7) to insure end-users get a good working experience by tracking vulnerabilities and patching or upgrade the storage, engaging with the customer for periodic BCP rehearsal, maintaining the backup with the storage vendor tools, including Nutanix Protection Domains, the NetApp Snapmirror and Snapvault.
