I have worked as Receptionist / Administrator for 3 years at Saif's Auto Trader as well as I have continuously been in contact with customers while working in beauty industry which also covered all aspects of Customer Services and I have also made sure that every office needs an efficient Receptionist / Administrator who can ensure that everything behind the scenes of a successful company is running smoothly. I enjoy being part of the team and working with others to achieve the result. I have dealt with customer in difficult and complex planning situation where I had to look at every possible way to sort the situation out, while being very calm, composed and confident when explaining on what went wrong and how could that be sort out.
