Working in social care throughout the pandemic developed my ability to work

Care Leader - Completed safe administration of medication training which has led
to progression and promotion within the workplace. Working as a Care Leader
entails leading a team, taking on the responsibility of administering medication,
communication with families, scheduling appointments and ensuring all care
plans are updated appropriately to reflect individual wide-ranging needs.
