About Anna O'Brien:

I believe I am a devoted person and would be a key component to any team. I thrive to get the task at hand done to a high and presentable standard, under tough, high-pressure time limits. Experience

Creating and sending out Apprenticeship Agreements to employers and ensuring their timely return
Creating and sending out invoices to employers and ensuring timely payment, credit control – chasing payments, sending reminders @ 30 days and 60 days intervals 
Ensuring that Employer Digital Accounts are set up, and funding is reserved for Non-Levy, Levy and Levy Transfers employers, Producing and analysing data driven reports from the ESFA, ensuring that all payments were being made for all of the apprenticeship programs, ensuing that no D Lock payments.

Registering learners on e-learning platforms and with awarding bodies 

Invoicing learners/clients for payment and undertake credit control where required 

Producing clean, error-free individualised learner record files, Creating funding summary report

Ensuring timely submission of each ILR return, using PICS Software

Ensuring the Funding information system software data is updated in-line with current ILR data collection requirements 

Producing a monthly schedule of internal data validations, ensuring data is corrected accordingly and in a timely fashion 

Monitoring of internal validation reports for suitability, assisting with Internal quality assurance strategies to help prepare for internal and external audits and visit.  (including OFSTED, IQA and the EQA)

Owning the digital account to ensure that all records are on in a timely manner
Creating and sending our Apprentice Reports to employers

Liaising with the Employer to sort out any contractual/agreement issues
Completing employer due diligence and supplier approval forms
Working and communicating with the Employer Engagement to improve our services to employers

Skills and Experience for the Operations and Finance Co-ordinator
Knowledge of Apprenticeship Funding including the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS)
Excellent all round IT Skills including excellent knowledge of Excel. 

Exam organisation for Learners 

Education

Qualifications: Safeguarding level 3, ECDL, safeguarding lead, City and Guilds level 3 Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment, Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment and Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement, Open university – Cyber Security Course, City and Guilds level 4, Award in internal Quality Assurance of Assessment processes and practice, Quickbooks / Sage accounting.
