I’m highly qualified architect, looking for an opportunity to continue my career in Great Britain.

I’m responsible and driven individual, I can resist stress and pressure during working process. I am quick to adapt to new environments and enjoy learning. During my practice I worked with residential, multifunctional buildings and urban planning projects in different regions of Russia at all stages from sketching to supervision.
I’m advanced CAD technician. (Revit experience)

My native language is Russian but I speak English fluently (have IELTS certification).

Actual roles in company

- managing working process of team of about 30 architects, assignment of tasks, scheduling duties;

- working on large-scale complex projects including the analysis of the territory and taking decisions on the implementation of set of architectural and economic tasks in collaboration with specialists of related areas;

- making negotiations with clients and contractors;

- making site supervision and taking operative solutions on the construction site;

- optimise of the workflow through the use of new software features, and implementation by introducing of it in work process not only team of architects, but also specialists of related areas

- finally get realised main architectural idea in cost-effective clients oriented project adhering to timescales


Primary roles in company

- team and individual work at sketching and detailed projects of different types of buildings 

(residential buildings, cottages, office and trade centres etc);

- ma- making technical calculations;

- checking for compliance of project documentation with related areas 

(such as constructions, heating and water supply, canalisation, ventilation, electricity etc);
