Over the past 25 years I have gained much experience from the estate and letting agency and the housing industry; the following are well and currently practiced skill gained from the social housing charity I work for, negotiation, database management, CRM system, IT skills, compliance upkeep and monitoring records and systems, raising purchase orders, court applications, letter writing; using automated mailing platform, customer service and communications with customers via email, phone and text.

Diploma in Business and Finance, equivalent to A Level, with merit/distinction from North Notts College.
