2021/23, employed by The Ministry of Justice UK for Her Majesty’s Courts & Tribunals Service as a Civil Servant in the Court Administration Department as a Courtroom Administrator/Usher, liaising with judiciary, clerks and general public for the set up of hearings, archiving and general administrative duties, processing feedback, incorporating; Word, Optic, Outlook and Excel systems. Reacts quickly, sensitively and firmly when dealing with vulnerable, emotional and offensive members of the public under unexpected circumstances.
