I hold a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a level 3 Sports Massage qualification, showcasing my dedication to the field of health and fitness. With a valid drivers licens, I can easily travel for work and personal commitments. My passion for sport, fitness, health, and wellbeing drives me to continuously seek new challenges and opportunities for growth. I actively participate in both team and individual sports, which reflect reflect my diverse athletic interests. Living on a farm has instilled in me a strong work ethic and an appreciation for an active lifestyle.

My diverse profess experience includes working as a bar attendant, shop assistant, and finance officer, as well as managing responsibilities on a farm. This varied background has equipped me with strong skills in customer service, financial management , and practical, hands-on task.

I completed my degree in sports and exercise sciences at Ulster University Belfast. Additionally, I obtained a Level 3 Sports Massage qualification from Unilearning Belfast. Attended St Killian‘s College, Garron Tower, Carnlough.
