I am a CQI/IRCA qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 with experience in managing Quality Management Systems and helping an organisation pass their ISO audits.

With a keen interest in AI and how it's reshaping how companies work, I have moved into AI Governance Consulting through ISO/IEC 42001:2023. This is the world's first standard for AI Management Systems (AIMS), helping organisations manage AI risk and govern the development and use of AI responsibly, safely and ethically.

With a strong foundation in quality assurance, process improvement, and AI governance, I bring a unique blend of technical knowledge and leadership. As a certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and advisor on ISO/IEC 42001:2023, I specialise in helping organisations implement effective quality and AI management systems. My significant achievements in reducing quality issues and improving operational efficiency. Currently self-employed, I’ve developed AI-powered tools and continue to explore responsible AI practices.
