As a hardworking young person, I am seeking to secure part-time work as I enjoy interacting with different people from various backgrounds. My attendance and attitude are always of the highest standard. I am keen to learn and open to new experiences, in addition to working in a busy lively environment interest me. As someone who has experience both in the retail and hospitality industry, I'm positive that the transferable skills and knowledge that I have developed from previous work will successfully fill various roles in the Hospitality or Retail industry 

Sales Assistant Part Time, 02/2019 to 08/2019   

Poundstretchers – 900 Crow Road, Glasgow G13 1JD 

I was employed at Poundstchers as a part-time sales assistant. As part of my day-to-day role, I operated the cash register, provided good customer service, worked well with the staff, checked dates on the stock as well as pricing stock, stocked shelves, kept the shop floor clean and tidy, and ensured the products were attractively displayed, particularly if it's on sale/offer. Assisting the manager with opening and closing the store.

Kitchen Associate/Server Part Time, 04/2019 to 3/2020   

Bingsoul – 90 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow G11 6NX   

My responsibilities as a kitchen associate/server were, food preparation, assisting with the instore dessert and takeaway orders, following, and understanding food regulations, general maintenance of the cafe (stock control and cleaning duties), taking guest orders, serving beverages and desserts to guests as well as opening and closing the store.

My everyday responsibilities at OAKA SUPERCITY were greeting customers with a friendly and helpful attitude. Answering any questions regarding inventory, sales, and promotions. Operating the cash register along with carefully and neatly packing the customers bags. Worked well with other employees to ensure a smooth process. Assisted with displays ensuring the products were attractively displayed, especially if it's on sale/offer. Making and serving hot beverages such as a variety of coffees and tea options.

My responsibility in this role is to determine the adequacy and appropriateness of the samples upon delivery and to process the samples to ensure a timely and safe delivery to the Laboratory through the Standard Operating Producers (SOP)

Currently employed Part-time. My duties as a front-of-house staff member includes greeting guests, taking orders, managing online takeaway orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, cleaning duties, and handling payments.
