Work Experience 

May 2021 – Present: Swab Tester Role at ABM Industries, London Heathrow Airport

• My main role is working on the administration area, taking personal information from customers, and entering it on a database. The second role is to perform the throat and nasal Swab testing procedure in line the clinical standards while adhering to hygiene, Personal Protective Equipment and NHS standards. 
• Organising and overseeing to ensure every employee on the same shift as me would efficiently and properly label all the Customer kits. 

Nov 2018 – Present: Customer Advisor at Walgreens Boots Alliance, London

• Proactively building relationships with colleges and clients, welcoming customers to ensure they felt welcome into the shop, analysing their behaviour, trying to know them to provide their most suitable products to their needs. The job also allows me to work in teams, being organised and using communication with my colleagues to coordinate the store's functions. Checking expiry dates of medications and other general products.
