As a customer advisor I had an opportunity to also be a manager for two months and manage agents by showing their targets and KPIs. This experience helped me to become stronger as a personality and put priorities of work which needs to be done.

During waitressing, I was helping my administrator and while she was off, sometimes she gave me to take half of her responsibilities such as deciding who and where will be working during the shift. Some of this would involve looking at schedules and effective business planning as well as watching over the shift occasionally keeping an eye out for correct procedures.

While I was helping out as a sport teacher, I would teach lessons to children in primary school. My responsibilites were, giving them goals and setting milestones every lesson, I ensured that I was always looking after their development. Some kids did not want to take part of the team and in order to gain trust, I would talk to them in order for them to feel comfortable. During my time here I worked amongst a diverse team, which in turn excelled my communication skills.
