I'm Arkam Anverdeen, 26 years old, and I'm passionate about all things tech, especially networks. I've been working as Network Engineer - 1st Line  (escalating to 2nd Line), where I've learned to fix network issues quickly and efficiently. I thrive in fast-paced environments and love learning about the latest tech trends. I'm excited to bring my skills, enthusiasm, and the fact that I'm a hardworking and quick learner to your team as a network engineer.

I served as a Junior Network Engineer specialising in 1st-line support at Kloudz (August 22'-August 23'), an IT solutions provider for its client-centric outsourcing services. Throughout my tenure with the organisation, I actively participated in numerous collaborative projects, encompassing the installation and proficient management of advanced business network solutions.

My role afforded me valuable hands-on experience in configuring and maintaining Cisco Catalyst L2 and L3 switches and routers, effectively implementing Port-Channel configurations, and optimising Fiber Channel cabling and switching operations. Furthermore, I adeptly tailored layer 2 and layer 3 networking infrastructures within VMware environments, meticulously fine-tuning networking components to achieve optimal performance.

In addition to my network engineering responsibilities, I also assumed a crucial role in the management and fundamental administration of Windows Server environments, spanning versions 2008, 2016, and 2019, with a specialised focus on DHCP&DNS configuration and management
