Preparing part of the transport network of the mobile operator network for the launch of 5 G:

• Installation and commissioning, SWAP microwave links Ericson and base station, organization full of set works for moving traffic to the new equipment;
• Full cycle of transfer of the base station to the customer (SRS tests, preparation of documents and photos, antenna feeder measurement);
• Reviewing project requirements and advising on EHS risks, identifying and physically checking sites in the region to confirm, supervise and ensure compliance and the adoption of appropriate EHS.

Achievement: Led the preparation and training of three field teams. Oversaw the replacement of over 30 MW links and 20 base stations. Introduced strategic proposals, including implementing a power supply setup to enhance time management, resulting in a 15% reduction in the execution time of SWAP.

• Procurement of IT equipment (computers, cameras) and IT installation services for the mission (reviewing specifications, market research, drafting of POs, acceptance of goods and services);
• Maintenance VHF equipment system (repeaters and antenna mast structures);
• Cooperation with contractor’s technicians during the installation and maintenance process, including planning and coordination of required works to be conducted;

Achievement: I developed a list for maintenance Tier 1, successfully used to maintain camera sites. 8 camera sites were launched on the contact line in my area of responsibility.

June 2003 - February 2018.

Senior engineer of the network operation department PrJSC MTS Ukraine (since 2015 brand Vodafone). 

I started my career as an electrician and worked my way to a Senior Engineer at Vodafone, Ukraine branch.

• Commissioning mobile base station.
• Responsible for uninterrupted operation of base station equipment and transmission systems (Microwave link and fiber optic);
• Managing the execution contracts for installation and operation of mobile base station equipment;
• Monitoring the implementation of construction works by contractors under the contract deliverables;

Achievement: Developing and implementing a new access system to base station sites, reducing the time for tech teams to reach the necessary sites, increasing efficiency of workflow.
