Part-time waitress at Piccolinos, where I served meals, worked behind the bar, thoroughly cleaned, replenished stock and made desserts. I understand the importance of food safety and hygiene. I worked closely with the team to provide courteous customer service, communicated with the kitchen to ensure issues with food were resolved and customers received a quick and professional service. Relief Kitchen Team member- meaning that I would often have to work short notice, for example if I had to cover for someone who called in sick. This taught me restaurant-based skills. I enjoy working in a busy and exciting environment

 In the summer of 2023 I was employed as a support worker with a multi disciplinary arts charity, where I provided one-to-one practical support to a musician who is blind. In this role I had to think quickly on my feet to solve problems quickly and efficiently. I coordinated daily transport, and I ensured the daily attendance of a person with blindness across the programme
