I am a enthusiastic,  caring, reliable, hardworking, enthusiastic, individual with a can do attitude. Able to work as a team, highly adaptable and able to work using my own initiative. With my experience able to assist with daily activities, able to work different agency networks, I.E families, doctors, police, social workers I have the experience to bring for this role.  I have a good understanding of equality and inclusion when working n healthcare settings. We are all equal and require the same equal opportunities. I have over 8 years of experience working in care settings such as mental health hospitals, council run children's homes, private NHS hospitals, residential children homes, elderly and young people. I have worked in supported living and rehabilitation settings. I’ve also worked with S.E.N children supporting them in classrooms and playgrounds. I have worked mainly as an agency staff so I have had to adapt quickly when working with different people of different backgrounds, ages and race. I have no issue in adapting most places I have worked at give me more shifts some places have offered me a contract. My knowledge of working with children, young people and elderly, to safe guard them It is very important, keeping information confidential and private, to only give information to professionals who may require. To keep everyone safe, no matter what race, gender or beliefs. Keeping the people we look after safe from every form of abuse. My experience of working in a residential setting, giving out medication, cleaning duties, laundry and doing daily house checks. Taking residents out for days out, GP appointments, getting them involved in activities. One to one chats and inclusion in activities in the homes. Writing up daily reports and doing observation checks. I have a childcare level 2 and health and social level 1. My grades for maths and English are level 1 also got a pass in Business and I.T as well as a GCSE equivalent grade in Equality and diversity. I’m an individual always willing to commit to undergoing training to better my skills at a role I am undertaking. The DBS I have is on the update service I have convictions for driving while uninsured, speeding and driving while disqualified. These are over 3 years ago that are on my DBS record. I am able to work as a team player which I thrive under, always ready to help out, overtime I don’t mind doing even if the team needs me to come in on my days off I will. I can work anytime any day I have no commitments. I always make sure my staffing team are happy and look out for them. I work above and beyond to help the people I support and the staff whom I work with.
