Career objective 
I was inspired by the district nurses and care providers who I worked with and Admired of the amazing care they deliver to the community especially frail elderly clients. I want to be part of something rewording and I believe  that would  give me the opportunity to learn and gain knowledge, experience to make a difference in people’s lives at difficult times; As well as giving me room to grow.]

In my role, as a care assistant, I was  working closely with multi-disciplinary team members to provide a high standard of care for patients throughout their visit or stay at St George’s hospital. I was responsible for implementing treatment and risk management plans and aiding patients through their recovery. I was also responsible for providing support and comfort to patient family members or carers. During my work as a care assistant, I provided a high level of care to all patients in my ward or clinical area.
