With more than half a decade of experience my background includes providing compassionate and care with past and current skillset and knowledge. I am confident and assertive to deliver and demonstrate adequate and relevant basic and complex care such as, stoma bag, catheter and diabetes. @@Having previously worked as a Support Worker/ Supervisor for the past 5 years, I have developed a deep understanding of the physical and emotional needs of individuals requiring assistance. My experience includes assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as providing companionship and emotional support. I am skilled in managing medication schedules and ensuring the safety and well-being of my clients at all times. @@I have a particular interest in mental health and being able to apply myself to aid and support those requiring my skillset and knowledge. I enjoy learning different techniques and methods of practices. @@What excites me the most about being a support worker is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals I would be working with. 

Strong background in providing basic and complex health and social support and needs ranging from children to adult. Experienced in managing a team and data to ensure compliance and staff competency to deliver care and adhere to legislations and practice. 

Currently in University undergoing a degree for Mental Health and Wellbeing to further apply complex knowledge to complex cases.
