I am an experienced engineering professional with experience in assembly engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, and maintenance engineering. I have worked with a variety of companies and organizations, ranging from Bharat Petroleum Kochi Refinery Ltd and Kirloskar Brothers Ltd in India to CIRCOR HALE Hamilton Ltd in the UK. I have a great deal of experience in reading engineering drawings, mechanical and assembly fitting work, assembly test work, troubleshooting complex technical problems, performing preventative maintenance and repairs, and using power and hand tools. I am also a master's graduate in Mechanical Engineering from University Of Hertfordshire.

CIRCOR HALE HAMILTON LTD, UXBRIDGE, UK – ASSEMBLY ENGINEER (PRESENT) • Reading engineering drawings – SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD, IFS. • Mechanical and assembly fitting work. • Assembly test work. • Working on pumps & hydraulics, industrial valves and defence valves. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems. • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all equipment. • Install, configure, and maintain machines, tools, and related equipment. • Using power and hand tools. 

BHARAT PETROLEUM KOCHI REFINERY LTD, INDIA - MECHANICAL ENGINEER (2020- 2021) • Responsible for planning, organizing, repairs, servicing, maintenance, inspection and testing of all production related equipment, including Fault diagnosis and repair, complete preventative servicing and other facilities tasks. • Completion of planned preventative maintenance routines associated with all plant and equipment to mechanical and electrical repair and refurbishment. • Monitored engineering process from conceptual phase through construction and monitor system diagnosis ensuring MHE is operating at the highest efficiency levels and helping to execute projects on time in marine, railway and refineries. • Supporting the business and production team, pipeline engineering team at necessity. • Responsible for delivery of the engineering of the detailed design pipeline scope to meet project schedule and delivering a safe competitive and cost effective pipeline and spool scope system. 

DRYTEC SPRAY DYING LTD, INDIA – PROCESS ENGINEER INTERN - 2019 • Operates process plant. • Monitors, controls, and record process stream. • Make informed recommendations and decisions related to the purchase including; tooling,generators, racking, compressed air systems, compactors. • Assembles reports documenting process status and changes. • Responsible for CAD – CAM and drawing packages.

 KIRLOSKAR BROTHERS LTD, INDIA – MECHANICAL ENGINEER INTERN - 2017 • Pumps and valve manufacturing technics. • Worked with the production team for the assembly, installation, configuration, quality control and packing of servers, workstations and client machines. • Assisting the Production Manager with updating and implementing process workflows and procedures. • SMT machining process
