Ashleigh Woods

I am a full-time supply primary school teacher currently looking for extra seasonal working, preferably in the summer holidays of 2022. 
I am hard-working, enthusiastic and motivated. I am always looking for ways to develop myself further as an outstanding educator, and I feel different experiences within the education/childcare fields will help with that. 

Whilst studying, I worked in 3 placements: year 5, year 3 and a mix KS2 class in a specialist school, where I worked with children with epilepsy, physical disabilities, cerebral palsy and global learning difficultly. I also supported learning in multi-sensory impairment classes. Since qualifying, I have worked in a range of schools as a supply teacher. I have taught in all primary ages, from reception to year 6. But my passion lies within early years and KS1. From January 2022 - March 2022, I will be working in a long-term role in a private school, across the ages, specialising in music. I’ve also had work experience in nursery settings. 

I graduated with a first class honours in Primary Education with QTS, in July 2021. I have 10 GCSEs and 3 A-levels in English language, sociology and biology. My subject knowledge across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 is secure.
