Ashley Mewhirter

I have worked in hospitality for over 2 years developing my customer service skills. For instance, speaking to customers in a professional manner-even during distressing moments, dealing with each query with compassion every time. I treat everyone equally. Also, during this time, I have worked in fast-pace environment and I always stay calm during busy periods. I am passionate about animals and I would love to work with them. I have achieved my Animal Care level 2 diploma and Work-Based Animal Care Level 3 Diploma. To complete my Level 2 course, I also participated in volunteering at Crownhill Pet Supplies and Grooming for a year. My responsibilities included: serving customers, assisting with grooming and replenishing the shop also gaining experience in retail, too. 

I currently work for The Copthone Hotel as a waitress.
