have experience working in complex care, supporting clients with spinal cord injuries, colostomy care, catheter (convene) care, and PEG feeding. I assist with personal care, mobility, pressure area care, and daily living activities while closely following individual care plans. I am confident in monitoring health changes, maintaining infection control, accurate record keeping, and providing compassionate, person-centred support to promote dignity, safety, and wellbeing.
