Dear Sir/ Madam,
I started my administrative and management experience since I was 19 years old.
I began as VUE administrator , in the only IT company which was certified by CISCO and MICROSOFT. 
I have  also received an email from their inspector, which was an appreciation for my efforts and proffisional behaviour with clients and staff. This job definitely needed to be online using computer all the time.
Then I was promoted to an Excutive Secretary position only after 6 months os my recruitment , where I held both administrative and Managerial tasks .
After my university graduation , I received an offer to receive a manager position in one of the most growing health clubs in Egypt until now [Smart gym],
Where i was able to improve my administrative skills to a higher level, as I was Head of Administration along with the branch manager, so I had to supervise and improve the administrative team. I also computerised the system and that was a  leap in the Administration department. 
After moving to Southend on sea in 2016 , I applied for an administrator post in Essex jamme LTD, it is a part-time job only during the weekends for 4 hours till present, this job provided me with the UK administrative experience, where I learnt how to deal with different diversities , nationalities and backgrounds.
And finally in my late 30s I started going to the Southend college to improve my English, I was given a place in level 2 ESOL .
Maybe my writing is not the best but I am getting there, I promise you I am a fast learner. 
I  look forward to meet the equality and diversity in Southend Borough Council, and give me the chance to an interview where you can know more about me and my character.
