I can adapt to manage the situation based on the customers behaviour. I am very easy going and have a caring nature which leads to positive feedback from customers. i had worked in an office for over a year, which helped me gained a lot of skills such as, positive attitude, communication, teamwork, self management, active listening and problem solving. I can remain calm and cheerful when things go wrong.  
 

I did work experience in a special needs school and my task was to set up the equiptment for the kids, making sure everything is organised for the day. I had to help the kids with their physical needs as well  as emotional needs. I really enjoyed working there as i have a caring nature and love to help people out, leaving them with a smile on their face.
