I have experience running a CQC registered domiciliary/live in care service as a CQC registered manager.

I am doing Level 5 in Leadership and management for Adult care. I completed Train the trainer Moving and handling, Train the trainer Safeguarding(Booked in for June), Completed Level 2 in Safe handling of medication From Nottingham College, Completed all the mandatory training courses. 

I have experience using the care software Nourish, manage staff training, recruitment, staff data confidential, Staff supervision and meeting, Home visit assessments, care plan, risk assessments, review of care plan, client meetings etc. 

I am a very hardworking, enthusiastic and dedicated person. Always happy to grow and develop.

I am very good at networking with all authorities including CQC. 

I am very passionate about care and I have very good management and leadership skills.
