About Audrey McNiven:
As a highly-motivated and enthusiastically driven person with management and leadership skills, I am confident, hard working and a “go-getter” who is determined to be the best I can be. I communicate clearly and fluently and I also demonstrate listening skills, empathy and give support to gain a good rapport with all team members to ensure we all work together to achieve our goal. I am dedicated, customer driven and work well within a high pressured environment. I am friendly, get on well with others and love building a rapport with people.
I have strong organisational skills and can prioritise workload, tasks and responsibilities to meet with changing business needs. I have a vast amount of experience in various departments (please refer to my c.v.)
I always ensure that the customer is at the heart of receiving personal excellent customer service. I am very adaptable, like to think outside the box, always look for solutions and never give up. I like to offer ideas and solutions but equally love to learn new skills.
Experience
To main aim is to build both existing and new customer database and ensure excellent customer service in all areas to help increase sales and profit.
Experience in Management, Customer Service, Purchasing/Procurement, Negotiating, Analysing, Quotations, Sales, Sales Administration, Credit/Debit Control, Warehouse Procedures, Warehouse Administration, Trade Counter, Customer Visits, Supplier Meetings. Knowledge of Microsoft Applications - ie. Word, Excel, Teams and Office 365.
Education
O-Level - English, Arithmetic, Secretarial Studies, Geography.
A-Level - Secretarial Studies.
