I am a meticulous, hard working individual. I really enjoy being thorough in my work and take great pride in completing objectives to a high standard.  I am a keen problem solver, I like to think I thrive under pressure and I have a range of experience that has enabled me to develop a varied skillset. Creativity is my passion and I would say communication is one of my most valuable qualities. I graduated in 2022 with a BA Hons in Musical Theatre and am looking for a dynamic role that makes good use of my skills and experience

I was part of a small subsection of the retentions team that was responsible for being the first point of contact for the business via telephone and email contact. 

I monitored and managed 2 email inboxes and handled an average of 50 calls a day - some days 90+ .

 I ensured that the customer service level never went below 85% and was a key asset in retaining clients through a prompt, patient and polite manner.

I demonstrated strict schedule keeping, was methodical and meticulous, ensuring all timed and tracked packages arrived at their destination at the scheduled time in excellent condition.

 I was expected to maintain the postal vehicle and perform daily checks to ensure high levels of health and safety were met. 

I sometimes drove the vehicle and generally was expected to complete rounds in a timely manner in all weather conditions. 

SALES/ FITTING ASSISTANT - CLARKS - 6/18 - 9/18 + 6/21-9/21 AGES 17 AND 20

I learned how to fit and sell shoes at multiple stages of foot development, at the busiest time of the selling year, to ensure maximum satisfaction with fit and style for as long as possible across a broad range of individuals. 

I helped the team ensure the store was kept at a presentable level of cleanliness and organisation at all times. Including the stock room and shop floor. 

During covid I was asked to be responsible for interacting with customers who were waiting in line to enter the store and to manage the flow of customers from entry to exit, allocating them a fitter and ensuring there were the correct amount of customers in the store at one time.

I was responsible for clearing tables once guests had finished dining. The work was very fast paced as dining service was very busy and there were over 30 tables
