As a HCPC registered physiotherapist with over a decade of experience, I have developed a strong expertise in providing evidence-based care for patients with diverse physical and psychological conditions while working as first contact Physiotherapist and  With a PhD in physiotherapy, a transitional doctorate of physical therapy, and a master's degree in orthopedic manual physical therapy, I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in clinical practice, research, and education. As a physiotherapy lecturer at Government College University Faisalabad and Sargodha Medical College, I have mentored and advised students on academic and professional matters, delivered lectures on various aspects of physiotherapy, and engaged in academic administration.
In my clinical practice at Bin Inam's Health and Wellness Clinics as autonomous clinical practitioner, I have administered advanced physiotherapeutic assessments, formulated accurate prognoses, and developed comprehensive discharge plans for patients. I have also worked with multidisciplinary teams to attain better outcomes and delivered post-operative management of patients with orthopedic surgeries.
As a sport physiotherapist for the Pakistan Tennis Federation and Pakistan Cricket Board, I have evaluated and diagnosed musculoskeletal injuries and conditions in athletes, developed and implemented individualized rehabilitation plans and treatments, and communicated with athletes, coaches, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
I am passionate about promoting the profession of physiotherapy and raising awareness about the benefits of physical therapy. I have engaged in community outreach activities, such as presentations and workshops, to achieve this goal.
