Ayan Wehelie
Healthcare
Services offered
I am a final-year Physician Associate student (Class of 2025), currently preparing for the National Exam in August 2025. With over 10 years of combined healthcare experience in the NHS, private sector, and international settings, I bring a strong foundation in both clinical support and administrative leadership. I strongly believe I have the capability, experience, and dedication required to support patients through their treatment while delivering outstanding administrative and managerial support within the NHS. I deeply value the high standards of care your hospital provides across all demographics and would consider it an honour to contribute to such a reputable institution.
My experience spans Accident & Emergency, Trauma & Orthopaedics, Urology, Women’s Health, Imaging, and inpatient care, giving me a broad and adaptable skill set. I have also worked as a Healthcare Assistant, providing compassionate patient care, supporting daily living needs, and assisting clinical teams in high-pressure environments.
Alongside my clinical skills, I have a proven track record in clinic coordination, service improvement, staff training, and patient administration systems (CareFlow, RIO, PAS, EDMS, Ormis, etc.), allowing me to integrate smoothly into multidisciplinary teams.
I am passionate about delivering safe, patient-centered care while supporting the wider healthcare team. I am now seeking a Physician Associate role within secondary care or primary care, where I can apply my training, grow as a clinician, and contribute to high-quality NHS services.
