In Kuwait, I worked in Zain and Salim Al-Ali Center for ENT H&N Surgery, Hearing,  speech and voice, which is the tertiary center, dealing with cases referred from all over Kuwait. In addition to the daily routine  as dealing with patients in the  out-patient clinics, in-patient wards,  consultations from the surrounding centers and hospitals, a wide spectrum  of surgeries are carried out in the  center with irs 5 operating rooms. I work there in an active where I  have the chance to perform surgeries,  like Adenotonsillectomy and grommet tube insertion,  septoplasty, rhinoplasty, FESS,  neck mass excision, DL, MLS, Thyroidectomy, Tympanoplasty, Mastoidectomy, help with  Cochlear implant, and many other surgeries. I cover on-call duties where I deal  with ENT emergencies such as epistaxis  control, trauma, foreign body removal,  airway management, tracheostomy, and others. Our center is also assigned for the  training of trainees and residents,  so one of my duties is to teach, observe, and help juniors. A daily update-meeting with a weekly  Audit joint is practiced routinely,  in addition to the CME programs.
