As a universal banker, I was a one stop shop for customers needs, cash deposits, enquiries and resolving customer issues. As a banker, I was one of the bank's digital champions tasked with promoting the bank's digital platforms such as online banking platforms and products, and also have experience in training customers to understand and fully utilise these digital platforms, including the elderly. My role contributed to our bank remaining relevant with customers.

4. My insatiable curiosity also pushed me to volunteering and join other departments such as audits as secondment which allowed me to develop knowledge on other business departments, product development, company processes and regulations as well as knowledge of the broad business products. this became an annual tradition for me.

5. My direct sales experience also allowed me to develop skills on how to directly engage customers, develop friendships, this role also allowed me to think outside the box, and be proactive, and approach shopping malls to allow me to install stalls during specials to meet new customers, moving away from the conversional "seat in the bank and wait", I disrupted the way my team worked for improved customer satisfaction, this was to set up myself for success. I have experience in demonstrating flexibility to stay ahead of customer expectations

6. My role as customer sales advisor at Sky allowed me to be trained in call centre environment, the role included talking to customers on calls for various reasons, but for me this was primarily on cancellations. This role also gave me the privilege to develop negotiate skills and engage with customers to stay with our business or gave me the opportunity to resolved the issues and ensure such issues never repeat and are shared across other colleges to try to eliminate
