I am a highly experienced Data Protection Officer with expert level knowledge of International Privacy Laws. I specialise in delivering GDPR enterprise Compliance and solving Privacy Law and Data Protection problems. I am used to dealing with senior C-level executives and I have advised government officials on data protection, legislative and policy matters. 

I am qualified with a Master’s degree in law and a CIPP/E professional industry certificate in International Privacy Practice with a European Law speciality. I am also member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

I have expert level knowledge of international data privacy issues and specialise in GDPR. I have delivered GDPR compliance for multiple organisations.

Highlights of my career include being the Head of Privacy for the Test and Trace Programme. I was responsible for advising government officials on complex and ethical data protection questions. I was also responsible for providing data protection input for responses to parliamentary questions. 

I have negotiated multi-million-pound data protection contract clauses for clients such as Barclays, Visa, Mastercard and numerous other tier 1 companies. 

  
Prior to my recent position, I have been working for a consultancy as the Head of the Data Protection Practice delivering GDPR compliance for multiple tier-one prestigious firms such as HSBC, RBS, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Gatwick Airport, EDF Energy, and Credit Suisse.
